Ashley is a Vice President of Customer Success at the firm. Prior to joining AEGIS, she worked as a Client Services Director for a Human Resources and Financial Services Corporation. She brings over eighteen years of experience in service delivery, customer support management, operational leadership, and talent development.
Guided by a philosophy that has been the common thread in her professional journey—When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too—Ashley pursues her passion for a holistic approach to client management. She focuses on bringing clarity, direction, and a growth-oriented mindset to achieve measurable results.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned a degree in Anthropology and Psychology.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and spending time in nature.
