Bryan Sansbury

Bryan is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of AEGIS, the market leader in revenue intelligence for energy companies. With a passion for innovation and a track record of scaling technology and advisory businesses, Bryan has built an unmatched team to transform AEGIS—integrating physical marketing, the industry’s first hedging marketplace, and cutting-edge technology solutions with its industry-leading hedge advisory capabilities.

A disruptor at heart, Bryan went from entry-level analyst to Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, and President of what is now Alight Solutions before founding AEGIS. His leadership at AEGIS has earned him recognition as one of Houston’s Most Admired CEOs and special recognition from the Houston Business Journal for his leadership.

Bryan earned his Finance degree from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, where he played baseball and graduated valedictorian. He later graduated as a Fellow of the CEO Perspectives Program at the Kellogg School of Management.

Beyond AEGIS, Bryan is the Lead Independent Director for LGI Homes (NASDAQ: LGIH) and serves on its Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees.

Outside of the office, Bryan enjoys golfing, wakesurfing, live music, good wine, plenty of coffee, and cheering on the Detroit Tigers. But his proudest achievements? His son, a football player at Pomona College; his oldest daughter, recently accepted into Texas A&M’s Business Honors Program; and his youngest daughter, a standout student and high school volleyball player.
