Jacob Phillips

Jacob is a Manager of the Customer Success team. In this role, he provides real-time support to management teams, boards, investors, lenders, and auditors in maintaining, valuing, reconciling, and reporting hedge portfolios. Prior to joining AEGIS, Jacob held positions in the finance sector and oil and gas industry, and he also helped establish a Houston-based nonprofit for young adults.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business from Belhaven University and an Associate of Science in Strategic Leadership from Marion Military Institute. He earned baseball scholarships to both Marion Military Institute and Belhaven University, where he played as a pitcher.

Outside the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his church community, weight training, visiting art galleries and museums, and traveling with his wife.
